FAQ
Direct answers. Defined scope. Evidence-based proof.
Is VERIOK-PAY a bank, payment processor, or wallet?
No. VERIOK-PAY does not move money, custody funds, execute payments, or act as a financial intermediary. We provide certification and independent proof about how regulated or conditioned funds were used.
What does a PayProof certificate actually prove?
It proves a clearly defined scope: the declared program rules, the existence of proportional evidence, the mapping of expenses to permitted categories (within scope), the responsible party, and an integrity anchor (hash) that prevents post-issuance modification disputes.
Does VERIOK-PAY guarantee full legal or regulatory compliance?
No. PayProof is not a substitute for statutory audits, legal advice, or regulatory supervision. It provides a bounded, evidence-backed proof package designed to be defensible and verifiable.
What kind of evidence is required?
Evidence is proportional to the case. Typically this includes invoices, receipts, or documentation relevant to the declared rules, plus a structured mapping to permitted categories. For high-volume programs, sampling strategies can be applied.
How does public verification work?
Each certificate includes a public verification reference and a cryptographic hash. The hash proves document integrity: if the document changes, the hash changes, and a new issuance is required.
How is privacy and sensitive data handled?
Data is used solely to evaluate and respond to your request. We recommend not sending unnecessary sensitive data at first contact. Evidence handling, retention, and visibility are defined explicitly as part of the scope.
Who typically uses VERIOK-PAY?
Public administrations, enterprises, integrators, and program operators who require defendable proof for regulated, conditional, or programmable spending (including Digital Euro pilots).
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on complexity, volume, and deployment model. Options include per-expedient certification, program-based pricing, and enterprise or API-based models. Contact us with your scenario for a concrete proposal.
Have a real program?
Send it. We’ll respond with scope definition and minimal evidence requirements.
